I suppose we could have just unpacked everything. 2) There is no good place to put your suitcases as the bedroom is tight and we didn't want them in the middle of the floors in the living room. You may be asking, wasn't there something that could be better? Admittedly, my only criticisms are 1) the walls and ceilings in the cottages are thin (there are 4 cottages to every house) and at times can be noisy depending on who your neighbors are. As great as everything above was, the real star(s) of this property are the staff! Warm, welcoming, attentive.the list of amazing qualities go on and on! They go above and beyond in every instance and I truly cannot gush about them enough. You are allowed to pull up and unload, but you then need to move your car to the parking area which can be a bit of a walk depending on where you can find a spot. Otherwise, there is no immediate parking outside the cottages. Each time we needed our car, they drove it over to our cottage and when we arrived back to the property, they would drive us to the cottage door and then go put the car away. Because of this, we opted for valet parking ($20/day) and it was well worth it. Parking - I was worried about parking after reading the reviews, as my husband hurt his foot and was on crutches just before we left for the trip. Not sure if this is due to COVID or it's always been like that. *One note about Main St., most restaurants didn't open until dinner which made getting lunch a bit difficult.

Olympic Park is short drive as is Main Street - the downtown area/"main" street full of shops, galleries, and restaurants - which has an idyllic ski town vibe. A grocery store, liquor store (perfect for buying champagne for the hot tub), and a number of other service stores are in the area as well. Location is fantastic! There is a gas station/store across the road, as well as a mid-level restaurant for a pub style bite & weekend breakfast. I thought this was great knowing they have to drive over to the cottages from the kitchen.

With a great reputation, the food didn't disappoint and always arrived quickly and still hot. When you don't feel like heading out, they offer room service to every area of the property and dinner comes from the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse located on-site. While we did not spend much time in the main building, it appeared beautifully appointed and the heated pool looked very inviting. The cottage is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and really gives a cozy, cabin/chalet vibe. We stayed in one of the cottages which included a living room (w/fireplace), a kitchenette (no oven, but everything else you need), a separate bedroom (with fireplace), a bathroom, a washer/dryer, and best of all, a private hot tub on a private deck (also with a fireplace). Being a Marriott member, I searched for Marriott properties and we landed on Hotel Park City - boy, did we choose correctly! This hotel is phenomenal and I simply cannot say enough about it. My husband and I just returned from a long weekend in Park City.
